Select CSV as your preferred mode for Partner Sub upload. Click the Upload button to add your substitute teachers’ details in a .csv, .xlsx, or .xls file. Our team will take care of the rest and make sure they're added to your Opogo platform.
Prefer to let your Partner Subs sign up themselves? Select Link as your preferred method for Partner Sub upload. We’ll generate a custom link for your school. Just send it to your subs, and they’ll fill out a simple form to join.

You need to be a registered Opogo school client to be able to get your subs' contacts onto our platform.
It depends on your subs. Each sub receives a notification from us to complete their on-boarding so as soon as that's done they are ready to work!
Yes! Keep booking your subs the same way you have been booking them. Once they are in your Opogo talent pool we will let you know – and then you can use your Opogo talent pool to manage your subs.
